Afia Menke, ND is Clinic Owner and Founder of Cottage Clinic. Her educational background consists of a BS from Washington State University, an MA from Antioch University, and an ND from Bastyr University, as well as attended numerous conventions, seminars and classes for continuing education.
For you, she offers primary care with individuals and families, food allergy testing, neuro transmitter testing, annual gyn exams, homeopathy, nutrition, counseling, and botanical medicine. Cottage Clinic has been a passion and a vision of Afia's for over 25 years which began to take shape in July of 2001. Her motivation is to create a fun, nurturing healthcare clinic and building local community. In her free time, she enjoys ballroom dancing with her husband of 34 years, making blankets (wubbies) and keeping in touch with her two adult children.

Heather Stone began here at Cottage Clinic in February of 2007 and is very excited to be working in such a loving and caring environment. She is a Licensed Aesthetician, and for you, she offers male and female facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, peels, back facials, eyebrow and eyelash tinting.
Her education comes from the Euro Institute of Skin Care and has attended the Jan Marini Skin Research, Inc. National Continuing Education Class, and is certified by Michelle's Lash Boutique for eyelash extensions.
She grew up between Northeast Tacoma and Auburn and now resides in Redmond. She loves to dance and has a Maine Coon kitty named Ellie. Heather says, " I love creating a personalized skin care system for individuals who are new to caring for their skin. An advantage for you is that I get to work in a Naturopathic Clinic and have access to doctors who can assist you in creating an internal regime for difficult skin situations and overall skin health."
